Begadi Mamba 30K Brushless Motor with CNC Body and optimized Motor Driver -long-
Other interesting articles:
With our Mamba BLM series, we offer optimized brushless motors for Semi AEGs. The in-house motor driver (made in EU) improves the efficiency and running behavior of the Motors, increasing the speed while reducing the power consumption. This was achieved by optimizing the timing of the individual coils.
For example, our Mamba BLM 35K delivers a cycle speed of 35ms with only 26A current. This with an M140 Spring and 13:1 Gears. If 16:1 or 18:1 Gears are used here, the power consumption drops to 23A. (always depending on the battery, Spring and Gears used). Due to the very low power consumption of only approx. 0.20 mAh per shot, these Motors are also suitable for weapons with a small battery compartment.
Up to 8000 shots are possible with an 11.1V - 1500 mAh battery, depending on the system (spring strength, Gears, motor setting and battery condition).
For the fully CNC-machined body, we work together with Solink, who are known for their very good quality. Thanks to the reduced power consumption in combination with the CNC Body, the Motors always work at their optimum. They are plug and play compatible with EFCS/ETU systems from different manufacturers and suitable for all gear ratios.
Compatibility with EFCS/ETUs:
We have tested our motors with the following EFCS: Begadi CORE BLM, ASCU Pro+, Perun, Jefftron, Ares, and Gate. No issues occurred except with Gate. What is the problem with Gate? There appear to be differences in the controller. For example, the motors ran without problems with a Gate Aster and firmware 4.1 Beta 05. However, when we tested them with a Gate Titan using the same firmware, the software reported an error. Since we are not responsible for another manufacturer’s software and products, we advise against using them.
These Motors deliver an enormous amount of power even with 7.4V LiPo batteries and remain significantly cooler than current brush motors even with very fast firing sequences.
We recommend using our 30K Motor for 13:1 Gears and the 35K from 16:1. If the 35K is combined with 13:1, there may be feeding problems with the magazines due to the speed. A delayer on the Sector Gears is mandatory
Please note:
To use a BLM, all components of the gun must be designed for it, otherwise damage to the Motor, Bearings, Gearbox or Gears may occur, which are not covered by the warranty. The motor contacts must NOT be bent during assembly. When changing the Motor, it must be adjusted to the Bevel Gear. » CNC manufactured body from Solink
» Low heat development
» Own motor driver (Made in EU)
» Minimum power consumption (approx. 21 - 26A)
» Low power consumption (approx. 0.20 mAh per shot)
» Compatible with well-known EFCS/ETUs (CORE BLM, ASCU Pro+, Gate, Perun, Jefftron)
» Enormous power even with a 7.4V battery
» Can already be operated with compact batteries from 7.4V - 1200 mAh
» Hardened Pinion Gear compatible with almost all Gears (D-Type)
» Robust contacts for power cable
" No maintenance required as with brush motors (this also means the Motor does not lose power)
Can I use this motor without EFCS/ETU?
This is technically possible; however, the active brake will no longer be available. The motor will therefore not slow down after a shot. With fast setups using 11.1V and a weak spring, this may lead to pre-cocking or double firing. At least an M110 spring and 18:1 gears should be installed accordingly.

![]() Can I use this brushless motor in my Begadi gun with CORE EFCS?
The active brake of the CORE is designed for brushed motors and can ensure that the Sector Gear comes to a standstill after the shot on the microswitch with a brushless motor. The subsequent shot is therefore not triggered correctly. We therefore offer optimized firmware for the CORE, which is compatible with brushed and brushless Motors. The firmware update can be carried out in our workshop if you already have a gun. For a new purchase, this is available in the tuning options. »To the information page of Begadi brushless technology |
