Implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 Digital Services Act (DSA) by Begadi GmbH as a media service provider (MDA)
When the Digital Services Act (DSA) comes into force on February 17, 2024, it will replace the Telemedia Act (TMG) as the Digital Services Act (GDG). Begadi GmbH fully complies with the implementation of and compliance with the obligations for MDA offers the possibility to report content that you consider to be disruptive or inadmissible.
