In cooperation with Red Dragon we offer our customers here a high quality, CNC manufactured Gear Set.
This variant is especially suitable for gearboxes in which the lower bearing on the Spur Gear sits higher. This is for example the case with our Arcturus M4 and Hybrid series.
The newly manufactured Spur Gear has a 0.8mm recess for this, whereby it can be deeper eingeshimmt.
The set was manufactured with a gear ratio of 14:1, so the upper rim of the Spur Gear also fits Arcturus gearboxes without grinding.
A perfect concentricity and low noise level, even at high speed, characterize this set. Made of carbon steel, the gears are suitable for all common tunings.
The surface is not as usual black oxidized, but galvanically nickel-plated.
This coating is much harder, more durable and also protects against corrosion.
No Delayer (Gear Clip) necessary! The Sector Gear features a 5mm anchor for the tappet plate. This ensures proper timing and can reduce feeding problems.
Due to the 8 positions on the Bevel Gear for the anti-reversal, gear jams are significantly reduced for weapons without EFCS.
The Bevel Gear is compatible with commercially available Pinion Gears (e.g. Begadi Mamba, Tienly, SHS, Cyma, Lonex, Red Dragon, E&C, E&L)

18:1 to M150 spring suitable
16:1 up to M150 spring suitable

Optical EFCS
We have tested the Gear Set with a Gate Titan and could not find any problems with cycle monitoring
