LiFePo batteries with 9.9V are particularly suitable for very cool temperatures, where LiPo batteries provide less power. A voltage of 9.9V is also very good for modern 0.5 joule AEGs. The ROF is slightly higher here than with 7.4V and yet gentler on the system than an 11.1V battery.
