The AMAX HC100 is a high-end LiPo battery of the latest generation, suitable for (Semi AEG) AEGs. The capacity has been increased to 1800mAh, with an identical size. This means that significantly more shots are possible without having to change the battery. At the same time, the maximum current has been increased to 100C (180A for a short time), which is particularly advantageous for tuning systems and tuning Motors. If you use a very fast or inefficient Motor (usually high-speed Motors) in your system, the battery will be protected and less stressed. The temperature development in the battery is reduced by approx. 20% (depending on the system configuration). Another advantage: 7.4V is sufficient to improve the response behavior and protect the Motor even with heavy tuning.
Due to this high current, it must be checked in advance whether this battery is suitable for your system. Failure to do so may result in damage to the internals. Begadi accepts no liability for this
When can I use the HC100?
The 7.4V version can be used in any Airsoft system above 0.5 Joule. The prerequisite is an EFC/ETU system that is designed for high currents. Our Begadi CORE can handle up to 240A for a short time and is therefore suitable for use. If you do not have a Begadi CORE in your firearm, check the manufacturer's specifications to see if the electronics are suitable. The Motor and the installed Gears do not play a major role here, everything from HiSpeed, Brushless, HiTorque with 13:1 - 18:1 can be used.
The 11.1V HC100 should only be used with tuning systems and, in the best case, with a short-stroke Gears set. Why? Due to the enormous power of the battery, the Piston can be shot too far backwards with a 16Z Sector Gear, depending on the spring strength, which can cause damage to the Gears and/or Piston in the long run. This battery is, for example, very suitable for slow Motors with fast Gears such as our Mamba 19K Motor. Please also note that with all 11.1V batteries there is always an increased motor temperature and greater wear on the motor brushes. These must therefore be replaced with new ones sooner. Suitable motor brushes for our Begadi Mamba Motors are available in the store. Owners of a brushless Motor should choose the 7.4V version or a Sector Gear with max. 13 teeth. Otherwise the system is too fast, which can lead to damage and feeding problems.
Charger:
For high-quality batteries, a powerful charger with a balancer connection must always be used. The charging current should be adjustable to 1.8A. If you do not yet have a charger, we recommend our Begadi Pro-Line Gen.2. We do not recommend the use of USB or balancer chargers (chargers that only charge via the balancer connection, e.g. "Compact Charger" or "BBC+") with these batteries

The battery is supplied with a Dean connector. A compact adapter to Mini TAM is also supplied. We do not recommend using the adapter with airsoft guns with a powerful Motor, as the Mini TAM connection is not suitable for high current and can get hot.
As an additional service, we supply a LiPo balancer strain relief with this battery.
As LiPo balancer plugs are often quite difficult to remove from the charger, the cable is often pulled unintentionally and the contacts may not survive undamaged in the long term. For this reason, we supply a LiPo balancer strain relief with this battery. This is clicked around the balancer plug and can also be easily removed if required. Depending on the charger, it is possible that the balancer plug can be inserted approx. 1mm less, please note this and try it out beforehand if in doubt. The last pictures in the offer show the strain relief. The strain relief is already fitted on delivery.
