Begadi Universal Exhaust Valve for GBB Pistols (adjustable length)
Other interesting articles:
This precision CNC-machined exhaust valve for airsoft GBB pistols is compatible with many GBB short guns thanks to its adjustable length - whether Army Armament, KJW, SRC, WE, AW, VFC or Marui (including OEM models such as EMG, Valken, Nuprol, Novritsch)
Compared to our Efficency valve, it offers a higher gas flow and is therefore also suitable for GBBs with heavy slides
Two stainless steel pistons are included in the scope of delivery:
» Short version for e.g. Glock, M9, P226
» Long version for 1911, 2011, Hi-Capa
In addition, the respective piston can be shimmed with standard 6 mm AEG shim washers (0.1 - 0.5 mm height) to set the optimum length for your weapon. For models with a particularly long valve, e.g. Army Armement TTI PitViper and SandViper, we offer an optional piston with +1 mm length:(Art. 30024006)
Adjustable overall lengths:
» Short piston: 16.50 mm - 17.00 mm
» Long piston: 18.50 mm - 19.00 mm
» Optional piston: 19.50 mm - 20.00 mm
Please refer to the illustration on the right for the dimensions of the valve body. This allows you to check exactly whether the valve is compatible with your GBB. If your original valve has a different head diameter or a different thread, e.g. KSC, the valve cannot be used. This is also a 'gas' valve, which is NOT suitable for CO2
Determining the correct length:
Use the original valve in the magazine as a guide. Measure either the piston length or the distance from the magazine housing to the piston. If measurement is not possible, adjust the universal valve by eye and check the function of your GBB after installation
Fault diagnosis:
» Piston too short: Shot is fired, but the slide does not move back completely. → Insert 0.1-0.5 mm shim washer between PTFE washer and piston.
» Piston too long: Valve does not open as the firing pin does not come into position. Use a shorter piston or fewer shims.
» Magazine hisses at the gas router: Check the middle O-ring on the valve, use silicone grease on the seals, do not overtighten the valve (O-ring could be damaged).
» Valve jams or does not open: Tighten the piston only hand-tight! Overtightening can deform the PTFE disk and block the valve.
Tip: After determining the correct length, fix the piston with blue threadlocker (art.: 02622001)
Technical data:
» Material: CNC brass & stainless steel
» Seals: O-rings (3×1.5 mm / 5.5×1 mm / 7.5×1 mm) + PTFE
» Thread: M9×0.5 mm
» Suitable for GBB short guns
» Suitable for all airsoft gases & HPA (up to 10 bar)
