Book: Airsoft - a moving game

Airsoft - what is it and how does it work? Much has been written and argued about this - now the first German book has been published that deals with it! The Swiss D. "Steiny" Bachmann has realized this and thus created a kind of mixture of pocket encyclopedia, introduction and tactics guide, which is not only clear, but also nice to read!
Besides an extensive introduction about the how and why, in which different facets are illuminated, the book deals mainly with tactics in the team, from different points of view. While other books on the market usually limit themselves to re-illustrating and adapting military regulations, "Steiny's" view is directly directed to the subject of airsoft - and the limitations that our weapon replicas bring with them - and thus much more practical than the previous publications!
While tactics take up the bulk of the book - and are vividly illustrated - the author also addresses the accompanying circumstances. Fluid balance, training, nutrition, and other on-field issues are highlighted, as are the various types of weapons and off-field aspects.
Steiny" remains consistent and refers to his view of the hobby - without becoming dogmatic, he clarifies at the beginning how he defines airsoft for himself - which should not be a rule set in stone, but only the common thread of the book.
"Airsoft - a moving game" is not a bible and not a law book of generality, but a manual for beginners but also for advanced players to supplement their own knowledge and to think outside the box. On the nearly 300 pages, 128 illustrations and 51 photos, a good overall view of possibilities, requirements and options is offered
