With our Begadi PRO Piston we offer our customers a robust and durable piston for Begadi Sport/Cyma SVD and SVU models.
The body is made of a reinforced technopolymer with fiber content, this provides maximum durability and a good coefficient of friction.
The rack offers 17.5 teeth, making it possible to customize the AOE on many weapons. This is possible for example with our Begadi PRO Offset Sorbo Pads or Begadi PRO Pistonhead.
The steel has a hardness of HRC 52 and has been oxidized black (corrosion protection). Thus it offers a balanced degree of hardness. Due to the pressing of the teeth it is not necessary to glue them
We recommend to lubricate the teeth and running surfaces: ProTech silicone oil or silicone grease, do not use ceramic lubricant here.

We recommend the combination with:
-Begadi PRO CNC Alu Pistonhead (Gen.2) with Double O-Ring (Quad-Ring) and ball bearing.
Number of teeth: This piston has in comparison to a full not 19 teeth but 17.5 teeth, the rearmost "catch tooth" is always counted!
Half Tooth Piston:
When installing the piston, make sure not to shim the Sector Gear too high!
Otherwise, due to the half tooth design, the teeth can grind.
