With our Begadi PRO REDUX Piston we offer our customers a robust and durable piston with maximum compatibility.
Compared to our "REGULAR" piston, this is a low-profile piston.
Advantage: The tooth row is about 0.50mm higher and is therefore compatible with all Sector Gears and Gearbox Shells (no clamping in the gearbox).
Disadvantage: In a few systems, the Sector Gear engages less deeply in the tooth row, which increases wear in the FullAuto from M120.
If you want to use the REDUX version only in Germany (Semi-Only), this is possible without further ado up to a spring of M140 without Short Stroke and M150 with Short Stroke.
The body is made of a reinforced technopolymer with fiber content, this provides maximum durability and a good coefficient of friction.
The rack offers 14.5 teeth, making it possible to adapt the AOE on many weapons.
This is possible for example withourBegadi PRO V2 / V3 CNC CylinderheadorBegadi PRO CNC Cylinderhead (G36, UST45, S77).
The steel has a hardness of HRC 48 and has been oxidized black (corrosion protection). Thus it offers a balanced degree of hardness. Due to the pressing of the teeth it is not necessary to glue them.
We recommend to lubricate the teeth and running surfaces: ProTech silicone oil or silicone grease, do not use ceramic lubricant here.
