Begadi PRO CNC -Tight Fit- Nozzle made of POM with O-ring, for Begadi PRO Cylinderheads -24.30mm-

With our "Tight Fit" we offer our customers a special Nozzle for our Begadi PRO Cylinderheads
Compared to our PRO aluminum nozzles, which are compatible to many cylinderheads of different manufacturers, the "Tight Fit" series was manufactured exclusively for our PRO cylinderheads. The tolerance between the mount and the nozzle is only +0.10mm. The production takes place in the CNC process from high-strength POM.
This has the following advantages:
- The Nozzle is guided straight on the Cylinderhead, which improves the sealing to the HopUp rubber.
- No friction inside the HopUp Unit. This can often occur with aluminum HopUp Units.
- More consistent energy output, even with MidCap magazines that have a strong spring installed.
- Faster closing of the Nozzle (due to less friction)
Due to the accuracy of fit and the low tolerance, this Nozzle is equipped with one, instead of two O-rings, which has improved the smoothness on the cylinder head.
Fitted Tip:
Our "Tight Fit" Nozzle has been optimized at the tip, allowing it to be used with almost all HopUp rubbers.
We recommend: Begadi PRO SHP5, FYL5, MAG5, MHP5, SHP7, MAG7 HopUp rubbers to use.
Fit:
This Nozzle is ONLY suitable for Begadi PRO Cylinderheads with a diameter of max. 5.25mm +/-0.05mm Cylinderheads of other manufacturers and therefore different dimensions are not supported.
