Our quick-release system is used to easily and reliably connect the front and side parts of a plate carrier or modular carrying system and enables the equipment to be attached and removed quickly without compromising stability or load-bearing capacity.
The set is ideal for tactical applications, airsoft, paintball or LARP activities where quick handling and modular equipment are paramount. The Bolt consists of two interlocking plastic elements. A targeted vertical movement of the central slider is all that is needed to open it. This allows the vest to be removed quickly - even under stress or in emergency situations. Both closure halves are securely fastened using the horizontal MOLLE loops. The back of one fastening part is also equipped with a sturdy Velcro surface to create a firm connection to the carrier panel. Heavy-duty plastic and resistant webbing ensure reliable function with a low weight.
Compatible and retrofittable without modifications:
The system is compatible with all plate carriers that have a front Velcro surface for the cummerbund and whose cummerbund has three horizontal rows of MOLLE loops.
It fits particularly well with the following models:

✔ Begadi Value plate carrier
⚠ Attention: ⚠ The set is not compatible with the Begadi Lightweight plate carrier as it does not have a cummerbund.
The set can be retrofitted to all compatible plate carriers completely without tools. No cutting, sewing, riveting or other structural modifications are required. It is mounted exclusively using Velcro and MOLLE loops and can be removed at any time without leaving any residue. The plate carrier can be returned to its original state in just a few simple steps.

 Step 1 - Preparation» Open the front flap of the plate carrier » Detach the cummerbund from the front Velcro » Open the flap completely upwards. » Separate the two Bolts from each other. » Attach the side with the Velcro surface to the front of the carrier |
 Step 2 - Hook in the side part with the T-bar» The other half of the fastener has two T-shaped webbing latches » These latches are hooked into the MOLLE loops. » The "arms" fit into the upper, middle and lower loops » The "arms" are doubled in the middle, this is intentional! |

 Step 4 - Fastening the Velcro of the cummerbund» First turn the cummerbund over / lay it on its back » Now fold the Velcro of the cummerbund inwards once » Then secure with the two small Velcro fasteners » Now it will no longer get in the way when putting on and taking off » Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the second side » The plate carrier is then converted.
