The Plate Carrier Assault Pack (or AP) is a lightweight and versatile backpack made of 500D nylon with 2 compartments and MOLLE, manufactured according to our specifications. Our goal was to produce gear for AIRSOFT players at a fair price/performance ratio without compromising on materials and workmanship. We have dispensed with a few nice-to-have features that we didn't consider essential, but have instead opted for high-quality materials
That's why we use 500D nylon with a PU coating instead of less robust polyester. We use very robust webbing, high-quality Velcro fasteners and buckles and all seams are reinforced with bartacks. We have also paid attention to quality in the coloring and camouflage printing.
The backpack holds approx. 15 liters and has a large main compartment and a spacious front compartment that can be expanded with MOLLE pouches. The main compartment is large enough for a jacket and some small items, drinks or other equipment.
The main compartment is large enough for an HPA Bottles and other equipment (such as ammunition, tools or magazines), through the 3 passages for (drinking) hoses and cables, the HPA hose can be easily led to the outside!
The zippered front compartment is ideal for equipment that you want to get to quickly. The main compartment can also be extended with MOLLE pouches! It is large enough for a ration, batteries, snacks, tools or a first aid kit. It has no dividers to keep the Pouch organized.
The main compartment has a large Velcro pocket for patches, name tags and markers and is also closed with a sturdy, covered zipper
There are two rows of loops at the bottom to which additional equipment can be strapped, as well as two drainage holes for water. There are 4 double rows of MOLLE loops on each side for additional pouches or equipment. A flat, externally accessible Pouch on the back can be used for an optional stiffener or hydration bladder
As the name suggests, the Plate Carrier Assault Pack can be mounted directly on a plate carrier using MOLLE/PALS, for which the backpack straps can be removed. Alternatively, it can also be converted into a standalone backpack in a few simple steps. The shoulder straps are unpadded but wide and proved to be very comfortable in our tests!
