Our MAWL Dummy is a high-quality laser - light module dummy (built from scratch as a dummy, no deactivated laser/light module, without function! Thus 100% compliant with the German jurisdiction / requirements of the Arms Law), which can also be used as a battery box for Semi AEGs.
The dummy is not made of ABS, but of robust nylon fiber with detailed lettering and rubber press studs. The dummy can be mounted on all Picatinny Rails using the mounting system. The clamping force can be easily and user-friendly adjusted using the slotted screw at the top.
There is a special marking on the underside (no longer visible after mounting) which confirms that this is a dummy. This helps with identification in the event of contact with the authorities in order to rule out any ambiguities or false suspicions.
The cover can be opened and a battery inserted by loosening the rear screw (the Allen key is included in the scope of delivery). There is space inside for an AMAX 7.4V 1200mAh battery, which is a good choice for Brushless Motors, for example.

Attention: A different plastic mold was used for the black dummy than for the FDE version. If you want to use a battery here, a plastic bar must be removed on the inside. This adjustment is described in detail in the MAWL video

Note on the coloring: We have photographed the version in FDE under different indoor and outdoor light conditions, the color cannot be clearly assigned to a color spectrum, depending on the incidence of light it sometimes looks different. This is a feature of the color and not a defect!
