This steel adapter can be used to mount Silencers, Tracers or Flashhiders on Airsoft gas blowbacks (GBBs) with a 12 mm CCW thread.
The GBB adapter is made of black burnished stainless steel and is specially designed for GBB models in which the outer barrel moves backwards during the repeating process - such as the Army Armament R17 and comparable models.
However, it can also be used with GBBs in which the outer barrel does not move (you can find example images for both types of application in the article images)
