Generation 5:
For the now fifth generation of the SVD/SVU series, we have done a major overhaul of the internals together with Cyma.
These S-AEGs now have a revised gearbox with spring replacement system. The exchange of the spring is completed in a few simple steps (exception: SVD Sport Tactical, Art: 14822010). The spring guide is identical to the Begadi Sport MK16 (FN SCAR-L) series and is made of steel with a ball bearing.
The motor is the well known Cyma Super High Torque with 21K and Neodymium magnets. Improved gears, CNC machined cylinder head and piston head, aluminum nozzle with O-ring and a piston with number teeth complete this generation.
In order to bring these weapons up to date, we have installed a new Begadi CORE EFCS which was specially developed for SVD/SVU.
This also provides cycle monitoring, battery monitoring and a trigger with micro button.
To exploit the full potential is also a Begadi PRO HopUp rubber installed, whereby already from delivery 0.28 - 0.36g BBs can be used.

Tip for difficult to adjust HopUp Unit:
Occasionally it can happen that the adjustment wheel on the HopUp Unit is somewhat difficult to turn. The following describes how you can remedy this situation:
The HopUp Unit is manufactured using the zinc die-casting process, which is why minimal telerance fluctuations can occur here. In rare cases, this is manifested by a higher Widerstad when turning. Mostly only at a certain point. This problem can be solved very easily. There are two possibilities here. In the case of slight resistance, you can apply lubricant to the rotary axis here. In case of higher resistance, we recommend slightly regrinding the inner area of the rotating ring. This can be done very easily with a small piece of sandpaper or a round file. After machining, the rotating ring runs without resistance. In the picture shown here, we have marked the relevant area in red.
Storage information:
Always disconnect the battery from the gun when it is not in use! Otherwise, your battery may be discharged by the continuous monitoring and thus be damaged

Additional information about warranty + CORE:
The above mentioned 4 years warranty refers to the complete S-AEG, not only to the function of the Begadi CORE, if the CORE Mosfet is installed. However, the same is the prerequisite for this extended warranty. If, for example, a different Mosfet is selected in the special Mosfet options (i.e. you ask us to remove the CORE and install a different Mosfet), the warranty will be reduced from 4 years to the usual 2 years. Also, the removed CORE will not be included in this case, but retained. Normally, we always include removed components, but this is explicitly not the case with the CORE - the CORE is only delivered in assembled condition
