This tensioner is clamped between the HopUp Lever and the rubber/bucking which increases the contact area. This is recommended when using bucking with a long patch surface.
Due to the larger surface area, significantly less pressure is required to set the BB in rotation, which reduces the power drop with adjusted HopUp
