The "Iwaki" stainless steel tuning barrels from da Vinci are manufactured in Japan.
They offer a precise 6.01mm inner diameter, are corrosion resistant, rust free and easy to maintain.
The mirror-smooth surface inside reduces friction and can provide performance gains.
At the barrel exit, the excess air behind the BB is exhausted through a long funnel. This reduces trajectory deviations when there is too much volume.

Therefore we advise against a combination with the Begadi AEP tuning spring !
