The MAG/MHP series are newly developed HopUp Buckings / rubbers from Begadi, designed in Germany!

These are specially designed for modern HPA/AEG/S Semi AEG weapons and HopUp units and have some special features to increase the range and reduce dispersion

The SHP and MHP series is an addition to the already available FLY and MAG HopUp rubbers and was developed specifically for HPA systems. Thanks to the revised seal, the MHP and SHP series is also compatible with certain AEGs, a comparison can be found below in the description

Patch:
Our Patch of the MAG5 (MHP5) and MAG7 (MHP7) Bucking has a radius of 2.9mm (5.8mm diameter). This is therefore slightly smaller than the BB itself and thus ensures precise centering of the BB in the Barrel. The BB is also guided straight when firing in order to prevent the barrel from being pulled to the side. This patch is an R-Hop and is particularly suitable for heavy BBs.

Alignment:
To prevent the Bucking from twisting on the Barrel, the Patch rests directly on the Barrel window on the left and right.

Seal & comparison:
This is where the difference between the available HopUp rubbers lies. With HPA systems in particular, it is often the case that the installed Nozzle cannot be changed and is therefore not compatible with every rubber. This is where our SHP and MHP series comes into play.

Our existing FLY and MAG rubbers have a slightly larger seal, making them compatible with flat Nozzles. (e.g. Begadi PRO Nozzle with double O-ring) However, some manufacturers use a pointed Nozzle in their guns, if this is the case, the Nozzle must be replaced or adjusted in length. In the SHP & MHP series, the seal has been made smaller, which means that pointed nozzles no longer need to be changed.

Note: For a flat or round Nozzle the FLY or MAG series can be used, for pointed Nozzles the SHP or MHP series can be used. As a rule, our SHP and MHP Buckings work with all available Nozzles.

Our SHP and MHP series also offer two raised areas at the front: our rubbers/buckings have a diameter of 9.80 mm at these points, which are pressed into the HopUp unit during installation so that no pressure is lost.

Durability and wear:
All of our Begadi PRO Buckings are made from a very robust and durable rubber compound. This keeps the HopUp effect constant over a long period of time and wears out much more slowly than conventional rubbers. Even during disassembly or maintenance, you don't have to worry about the rubber cracking on the patch. However, you should exercise a little caution when removing the patch. Please select the correct hardness for your weapon (energy and bullet weight). If you choose a rubber that is too soft, wear will increase!

Marking/hardness:
In order to be able to tell our Buckings apart, the respective version is marked directly. The rubber compound (hardness) is reflected in the color: 50° green - 60° blue - 70° black, so you can immediately see which version you are dealing with.

Versions 5mm or 7mm:
Another special feature is the two available lengths of the inner Patch. The respective number indicates the required length of the running window.

- 5mm version: These Buckings are compatible with all standard barrels with a HopUp window of 4.8 - 5.2mm and can be used with all grammages. For particularly heavy BBs (0.36g+), we recommend using the 7mm version + tuning barrel, as less pressure is required from the Tensioner

- 7mm version: This is a special version which is only suitable for tuning barrels with a 6.5 - 7mm window (DaVinci 70, TNT...). Due to the significantly longer patch, a much stronger Magnus effect is created here and it is particularly suitable for heavy BBs. Please note that an overhop is more likely to occur with light BBs! We recommend using the 7mm combination only with 0.36g+ BBs.

Tensioner:
We have also developed matching Tensioners for our Buckings, these are precisely matched. If our Tensioners are not compatible with your HopUp unit, please use Flat Hop Tensioners.
Recommendation:
- Begadi PRO 70° HopUp Tensioner (D=3mm) -5mm- for Barrels with standard (approx. 5mm) barrel window
- Begadi PRO 70° HopUp Tensioner (D=3mm) -6mm- for Barrels with a large (approx. 7mm) barrel window
- Begadi PRO 70° HopUp Tensioner (D=2.5mm) -5mm- for Barrels with standard (approx. 5mm) barrel window
- Begadi PRO 70° HopUp Tensioner (D=2.5mm) -6mm- for Barrels with large (approx. 7mm) barrel window

Shooting in:
Like all other available Buckings on the market, ours must also be shot in. A constant HopUp effect is achieved after approx. 200 - 400 shots. (Depending on the energy and bullet weight)
Avoid setting too much hop in the first 2 magazines, as the patch has to work its way in first

MAG/MHP or FLY/SHP version:
Our FLY and SHP is more like a flat hop, offering very good centering and a small grouping circle with good range. In comparison, our MAG and MHP is an R-Hop Bucking and produces a stronger HopUp effect. The range of the MAG and MHP version is therefore slightly higher, but the spread circle can be slightly larger, so the MAG and MHP should only be used with heavy BBs.

Special case Begadi Sport M14 / Cyma M14:
The M14 from Cyma uses a significantly shorter Bucking. Our normal FYL5, FYL7, MAG5, MAG7 can be used here, but the rubber must be cut off at the front (towards the muzzle) by 2 - 3 mm. If you do not want to do this yourself, we offer a pre-cut version here. - Art. 26021016

Compatibility:
In the following table we would like to give you a short exemplary overview for which HopUp Unit we recommend which Bucking. Please note that there may be differences depending on the manufacturer and gun!
In most cases, only the Nozzle length needs to be adjusted. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for all weapons on the market, as the Barrel used, the Tappetplate, the Sector Gears and the Shell also have an influence on the Nozzle length required.
Buckings marked in green are compatible with the original Nozzle length, those marked in white mean that the Nozzle length must be adjusted (changed).
