These gears are made from heat treated, high density steel for maximum durability.
Each gear is individually treated for perfect flatness. This treatment provides less stress on the battery and reduces noise when spinning the gears.
A half tooth piston is required for this gear set, due to the helical gearing these gears must be shimmed precisely
Optimally suitable for spring strengths from M130 to M160
Gear ratio: 40:1
Due to the helical gearing, the teeth have more contact surface among themselves, which makes them on the one hand much more durable and at the same time smoother running.
With a long reduction of 40:1, these gears turn only half as fast as a normal gear set, but the engine can tension strong springs more easily. This protects the motor and reduces battery consumption.
These gears also do not require a particularly strong motor, which means that standard motors are also suitable for strong springs.
Not compatible with Gate Titan
Occasionally, the delivery can also be made without Lonex OVP
