Note:
Please keep in mind that AEP models are fundamentally designed for 7.4 volts.
If operated with 11.1 volts, the models tend to double-fire in semi-auto mode.
When the switch unit cuts power, the motor still has enough momentum due to the higher voltage to fire a second shot.
The 11.1V battery is mainly intended to increase the rate of fire in full auto mode.
C-Rate (Discharge):
All our AMAX batteries are specified with only one C-value. This value always indicates the constant discharge current, e.g. 1100mAh at 20C can constantly supply 22A (1100×20).
The short-term discharge current (current peak) is always twice as high, meaning a 20C battery can briefly provide 40C. For a 1100mAh battery, this equals 44A.
Another example: AMAX 11.1V – 2150mAh – 25C = Constant: 53A, Short-term: 106A
As an additional service, we include a LiPo balancer strain-relief clip with this battery.
Since LiPo balancer plugs can sometimes be difficult to remove from the charger, users often (unintentionally) pull on the wires, which may damage the contacts over time. For this reason, we include a LiPo balancer strain-relief clip. This clips onto the balancer plug and can be removed again if desired. Depending on the charger, it may be that the balancer plug inserts approx. 1mm less deeply – please check this beforehand. The last product images show the strain-relief clip. It is already installed upon delivery.

| ⚡ Short-circuit warning:⚡ Please note that on some Mini-Dean connectors the contacts of the socket may sit flush with the housing (see last image in the shop). This does not affect function or handling, but we recommend increased caution when connecting the battery to the weapon or transporting the battery near conductive objects! If you attempt to plug the connector in the wrong way, this may result in a short circuit and subsequent damage. The same applies if both contact surfaces touch a metallic material at the same time. In the event of a short circuit, the electronics (CORE) can be damaged, since short-circuit protection only applies between CORE and motor. Such damage would not be covered by warranty.
