The sponsoring - program of the company BEGADI addresses itself for many years to Airsoft teams (AS teams), which would like to practice the hobby Airsoft together and look for a reliable partner. This thought is the cornerstone for the cooperation, therefore the cooperation of the AS-Teams and the company BEGADI is based on a common denominator, on communication at eye level and mutual support and respect!

The procedure is very simple: In general every team can apply, which has the above mentioned points (For a sponsoring we expect)! If in the course of the club work players under 18 years belong to the team, the team / the club must ensure that all from the weapon law necessary measures were taken, in order to make a legal play possible! The teams are responsible for this on their own, BEGADI reserves the right to control this! Please note: If your team plays on an own site in the FRG, we need a proof of legality of your playing site After receipt of the application your web presence (also socials) will be checked by us on first impression, completeness and external effect. If the evaluation of web presence and appearance of the respective team is positive, nothing stands in the way of the sponsoring, in case of smaller problems / ambiguities we are anxious to clarify these with the team and stand also in the context of our possibilities advisory aside! It isimportant to us to establish consistent partnerships, therefore we expressly point out that we control the implementation and compliance with the agreements even during the sponsorship unannounced! |

The web presence (social page) represents the business card of your team. Thus, the visitor forms his opinion about your team based on the appearance. Since BEGADI is of course identified with the teams we include in the sponsoring program, we attach special importance to the way the teams present themselves on the web The team name must not contain offensive content or use the term "clan". Terms like killer, battle or battle, as well as military ranks or sexual innuendos are also a NoGo No media may be displayed on the website that violates any applicable laws or regulations, or that constitutes copyright infringement. No airsoft weapons may be shown on which illegal attachments/modifications have been made Of course, there must also be no media that displays pornographic, racist or similarly offensive content Political or religious content is also a NoGo! Besides BEGADI we allow sponsored teams to have another airsoft sponsor. It should be clear on the website that BEGADI is the main sponsor of the team We ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to reject applications from teams that do not meet our requirements or if we do not come to a common denominator! |

 Classic WebsiteFor the classic website, the team must have a proper homepage without distracting advertisements, including an imprint. The spelling, the writing style and the design should correspond to the necessary seriousness and needed maturity of the hobby! Unfortunately, ready-made construction kit sites such as Beebworld, Npage, Ukosz, AOL Hometown, Jimdo, WIXX, etc. must remain outside due to negative experiences with sponsoring. Content management systems are again no problem, also the homepage does not have to overflow with content. It is a business card (not a book!). For a sponsorship, the team puts one of our banners on their website. (You can find a selection here) IMPORTANT: The banner must be well visible on the homepage, in the upper half (not in submenus)! |
 FacebookFor an endorsement via Facebook, a slightly different procedure is necessary. Since on Facebook is not generally a banner possible, but we must insist on a banner, (since we give a service with the sponsorship) we have decided on a middle ground A picture post, on their public Facebook page with one of our banners will be published as the first "pinned post" on the page In addition, the phrase: "Our team is supported by www.begadi.com!" (gladly in your own wording) should be placed in the image description Please note: We can only check and approve Facebook pages for sponsorship which are public and already have some content! Also welcome are posts with Begadi fan-articles (patches, flags, caps...) If your team agrees, we are looking forward to your application and nothing stands in the way of a sponsorship! |
 InstagramSponsoring is also possible via Instagram! As with Facebook pages, we expect an active profile already filled with content It must be immediately apparent that this is an airsoft team. (No posts about video games, advertisers or anything else) Create a pinned post with one of our banners and add the following sentence: "Advertising: our team is supported by www.begadi.com! @begadi_gmbh" After activating the sponsorship, we ask to use this sentence in future posts. Posts with Begadi fan articles (patches, flags, caps...) are also welcome If your team agrees, we are looking forward to your application and nothing stands in the way of a sponsorship! |

We are happy if teams choose us as their only partner, but we also understand if a second partner is desired.
That's why another sponsor besides BEGADI is allowed for our partners. It should always be clear that BEGADI is the main sponsor If your team has both website and socials, it goes without saying that you can put the banners/logos on both presences! If the team has placed a clearly visible graphic link in the form of a banner on www.begadi.com on your web presence, the sponsorship begins and the team will receive a discount on its future purchases on the entire product range. This discount can be used by every team member and is not bound to any further obligations, neither product commitment nor minimum quantities and/or turnover However, we expect a lively, active cooperation, we are happy to see pictures of your events and we would also like to hear criticism and suggestions. You see something on our pages that you think is great? Then please share it in the socials! Team Manager In the team manager account, we provide you with our team manager, a powerful tool. Here you can completely manage the team and assign rights to the individual members. If the team is confirmed by us, further members can be added or removed via the manager. If the team leader leaves the team, the role can also be transferred in the manager The management of the team and the rights to use Airsoft.Live (Blog) is always in the hands of the team leader! You always keep full control over your team and its members Airsoft.Live (Blog) With this blog we would like to work even closer with our sponsored teams, field operators and review partners. You want to present your team or publish general news about the team? No problem! Just write a short post in the corresponding category In the event calendar, you can enter game days/events that are held by your team and thus reach even more active players and participants With the "picture posts" you have another possibility to present your content extensively. Here every team member can enter up to 10 pictures daily around the topic Airsoft!
