Information foreign weapons

Currently we do not offer this anymore, we would like to briefly explain the reasons
At Begadi it is important to us to take care of our customers in the best possible way - before the purchase as well as after the purchase. In the area of airsoft weapons, this also includes the technical & craftsmanship know-how as well as a wide range of parts, logistics & technology and a cooperation with the manufacturers to quickly get needed parts if necessary
We set it as a goal to expand this especially in the area of own imports even further to be able to offer our customers an all-round service that goes well beyond the standard, be it warranty cases, chargeable repairs or even tunings / downgrades
In summary this means
Airsoft weapons that were not purchased from Begadi will no longer be repaired, tuned etc. Also special spare parts (which are not regularly available in the store) will only be provided for weapons that were sold by Begadi, regardless of brand.
We will thus limit our service offer (to airsoft weapons purchased from Begadi) - but we will strengthen it there, especially in the area of own imports and own designs. Customers who have purchased weapons from Begadi (whether direct or used) can be sure that they will receive the best possible support from our workshop in the event of problems or tuning requests
Note on used tuning parts
In the past, customers have also often sent in parts from third-party suppliers for repairs/tuning, so that these should be installed. This will not be possible in the future. Begadi only gives warranty and compatibility promises for parts that come from our company - therefore only parts from our range will be used for repairs and tunings/downgrades

Q: How can I tell if an airsoft gun has been imported and approved by Begadi?
A: An airsoft has been approved by Begadi if 'Begadi' printings can be found on the case

Q: I bought a weapon used, do I need the order number?
A: For questions about warranty (or guarantee, in case of a weapon with CORE Mosfet) we usually need the order number or other info about the purchase!
Q: I am 100% sure that I bought my gun from Begadi, but I can't find the printing or I have painted over it.
A: Here we can not give a blanket answer, please contact our support and make sure to send as much information as possible!
